We have various workout classes
Getting fit can get overwhelming if you don’t know where to start, but that’s why we’re here! Slim Gym has different workout classes with varying intensities to suit your needs. If you want to work on your flexibility or strengthen your core muscles, you can check out our yoga classes! If you’re up for a challenge, we also have aerial yoga classes where you carry out yoga poses and techniques while maintaining balance on a swing!
Looking for a more rigorous training program? Give our boot camp workout a try! This is the most challenging class that we have since the workout routines are modelled after military training! Guided by our instructors, you will switch between doing callisthenics, speed elements and strength training.
If you want a little more fun in burning calories, sign up to our Zumba class! The upbeat music and the relaxed environment will surely make your workout pleasurable. Our instructors will teach you how to execute energetic routines that include low intensity and high-intensity dance moves. Just move your body to the beat of the music! What matters most is that you’re enjoying the routines, leaving you in a good mood as the class ends.

We know how difficult it is to stick to your exercise program, especially if you’re doing it by yourself. Doing routines with fellow exercises will help you stay motivated and energized whenever you feel like giving up.
